Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated January 2026
This page explains our position on payments, refunds and cancellations, and where to go when a booking needs to be changed.
We do not take bookings
ARIKI HOLIDAYS is an editorial publication. We do not take payment for travel, accommodation, transport or tours, and we hold no booking on your behalf.
Because no transaction takes place with us, there is nothing for us to refund or cancel in respect of a trip.
Cancelling a trip you have booked elsewhere
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms of the provider you booked with. Contact that hotel, airline, operator or agent directly and quote your reservation reference.
Where a booking was made through an intermediary, the intermediary's cancellation terms usually apply in addition to the supplier's.
Practical advice
Read the cancellation window before you pay, keep written confirmation of every change, and check whether a rate described as flexible carries a deadline.
Travel insurance purchased at the time of booking is usually the only protection against cancellation for personal reasons. Check whether your policy covers the specific circumstances you are concerned about.
Paid services offered directly by us
If we ever offer a paid product directly, such as a downloadable guide, the refund terms for that product will be stated clearly at the point of purchase and will comply with applicable consumer law.
At present no such product is offered.
